Welding
Yunca Engineering offers aluminium, steel, stainless steel and production welding using Double Pulse Alloy MIG Welders, Flux Core & Solid MIG Welders, HF Inverter TIG Welders and Spot Welding systems. This allows the team to deliver high-quality fabrication, repairs, custom projects and efficient production work.
Design
Yunca provides advanced design and engineering services using 2D & 3D CAD (Inventor & Solidworks), FEA & CFD analysis software, and high-end rendering and animation toolstools. This enables efficient product design, performance testing and problem solving. It also enables the client to see comprehensive visual presentations of the end product, before production begins.
Sheet metal
Yunca delivers advanced sheet metal manufacturing, supported by the Penta Swing II fibre laser cutter, Deratech Varia CNC guillotine shears, and both Deratech Ultima and CoastOne Press Brake systems. Additional capabilities include rolling, punching, stamping, swaging, flaring, and a range of general-purpose and dedicated press brakes.
This diverse machinery enables precise cutting, forming, bending, and highly repeatable production across a wide range of applications.

CNC Press Brake - Deratech Ultima
Yunca’s engineering and production capabilities include the CNC Deratech Ultima Press Brake, delivering high-precision bending and forming for sheet metal components.
With advanced CNC control and repeatable accuracy, it is ideal for complex folds, custom parts, and efficient production runs across stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium applications.
CNC Guillotine Shear - Deratech Varia
Yunca’s fabrication capabilities also include the CNC Deratech Varia Guillotine Shear, providing fast, clean, and accurate cutting of sheet metal materials.
Designed for productivity and consistency, it supports efficient blank preparation for fabrication, folding, welding, and general manufacturing processes.
Italian designed Penta Swing II Fiber Laser
This fully enclosed cutter features world-class components including Japanese servo motors, Taiwanese racks and pinions and a German cutting head. With a 4000mm x 2000mm transfer table and vacuum lifter, it easily handles:
- Stainless steel up to 16mm
- Carbon steel up to 12mm
- Aluminium up to 8mm
